1. Shipping Focus & Origin

We are proud to serve our customers within the United States. All physical orders are dispatched directly from our domestic warehouse located in Maryland, USA. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.

2. Processing Time

• All orders are processed and handed over to our carriers within 1-2 business days.

• Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be handled on the following business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Since we ship domestically from Maryland, you can expect fast and reliable delivery:

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days.

• Carrier Partners: We utilize trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your premium cross-stitch supplies arrive safely at your doorstep.

4. Digital Product Delivery

All digital cross-stitch patterns and the 2026 Calendar series are available for instant download worldwide. Upon completion of payment, you will receive an automated email with a secure link to access your files. No physical shipping is required or provided for digital items.

5. Order Tracking

A shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. You can track your order's progress directly through the carrier’s official tracking portal.

6. Address & Delivery Issues

• Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrectly provided addresses.

• Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the package and items so we can assist with a replacement or solution.
