Refund Policy

1. Overview

At StitchBloom, we stand behind the quality of our products. As a brand of Aegean West LLC, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns are processed for both our physical supplies and digital content.

2. Digital Products (Instant Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital cross-stitch patterns (including the 2026 Calendar series) are final and non-refundable. Once the files have been sent or downloaded, we cannot "retrieve" the product; therefore, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Exception: If you experience any technical issues with your file or notice a mistake in the pattern, please contact us immediately, and we will provide a corrected file.

3. Physical Products (Nurge Stands & Supplies)

We offer a 14-day return policy for physical items shipped from our Maryland warehouse.

  • Return Window: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

  • Exclusions: Items that have been used or show signs of wear cannot be accepted for a refund.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you must contact us at 

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.

  • Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • For items damaged during transit from our Maryland facility, please include photos of the packaging and the product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right via a replacement or refund.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning physical items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

8. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
