2. Eligibility and Service Area

  • Physical Products: We ship physical goods (such as Nurge stands) exclusively to addresses within the United States. By ordering physical products, you confirm that you are a resident of the USA.

  • Digital Products: Our digital cross-stitch patterns are available for purchase and download globally.

3. Products and Pricing

  • We make every effort to display the colors and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the actual product.

  • All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping (Physical Goods)

All physical orders are shipped from our warehouse in Maryland, USA. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information on delivery times and tracking. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect address entry by the customer.

6. Digital Content and Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All digital patterns, including the 2026 Calendar series, are the intellectual property of StitchBloom.

  • License: When you purchase a digital pattern, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license.

  • Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, share, or upload our digital files to any public platform. These patterns are for personal use only. Commercial mass production of items made from these patterns is prohibited without prior written consent.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Digital Items: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital patterns are final and non-refundable.

  • Physical Items: If you are unsatisfied with a physical product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

8. Limitation of Liability

StitchBloom/Aegean West LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
